​Mahealani Keo

​Leading the team is Mahealani Keo, Our Founder & CEO and Hauʻula native, a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. Mahealani has worked in the Food and Beverage industry for most of her career. In recent years, she has dedicated her time to building several businesses and working with the Hawaii Land Trust (HILT) to restore and preserve the Maunawila Heiau Complex. Under HILT, Mahealani has created and administered several work/educational programs to serve the youth and young adults in the Koʻolauloa area. This drives her commitment to Nurture Cultivate Inc's mission "to build and develop stronger communities and leaders by forging new paths for cultural, economic, health, and intellectual growth." NCI has partnered with HILT to create companion programs involving the Maunawila Heiau Complex and serving the youth of Ko'olauloa.
