EHUOLAOur purpose is to empower, inspire, and educate our underserved communities through physical fitness to live an active and healthy lifestyle. We will support and provide fitness classes, educational opportunities and resources to improve physical fitness; health; nutritional education; shifting cultural paradigms; and providing community resources and support throughout their individual journey.
Our 6-week Fitness program highlights different fitness formats that are lead by certified community members - like the trending Xtreme Hip Hop Step, HIVA Fitness, HI Fitness & Booty bands, and more. |
